Express Courier Shipments
Shipments are handled worldwide by Express Courier, which delivers the order from 24/48h up to a maximum of 20 working days. When ordering you will be able to find the shipping conditions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are free for orders above
- 120€ Italia
- 400€ for zona UE zone
- 600€ for Extra UE zone
Shipping costs will be visible after entering your details in the order form.
Regarding shipments addressed outside the EU, shipping costs include customs duties ONLY in the USA.
For all other addresses any taxes and/or customs duties will be borne by the recipient.
In case of absence
In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a “Pass Notice” with the modalities to pick up the package or arrange a new delivery.
Methods of delivery
Introduction
Deliveries of products ordered on www.tenutabuontempo.com will be made worldwide.
Products will be delivered to the delivery address, indicated by the customer when ordering.
The delivery of products, available in our warehouses, will take place (except in cases of force majeure) in 3-4 working days for Italy. For the islands it is possible that the delivery will take place on the fifth working day if the area of competence of the courier is not provided daily. This peculiarity depends on the organization of the courier and not on the will and intentions Tenuta Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l.
In EU the time is 5-7 working days and in the rest of the world 14-20 working days (except for force majeure and customs delays).
Delivery times are to be calculated from the date of order for all orders finalized by credit card or PayPal. Orders received by 3 p.m. will also be processed the same day.
On the other hand, for orders involving payment by bank transfer, delivery will take place on the business days indicated but from the date of receipt of the bank transfer by our bank.
Delivery problems
It is up to the customer to verify shipments upon delivery, making such reservations and claims as may appear justified.
Tenuta del Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l., in line with Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014, undertakes to make deliveries within the terms set out in the General Conditions of Sale and at the latest within thirty days from the date of conclusion of the order, for all available products.

Conformity of products within 14 days after delivery
Tenuta del Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l., guarantees the refund or replacement of a defective product or one that does not correspond to the order (wrong shipment, …) if the customer indicates the problem encountered and its decision within 14 days after delivery of the product.
In the case of wrong shipment by Tenuta del Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l., it is necessary to contact customer service by email and list in detail the problems encountered.
In the event of an error attributable to Tenuta del Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l., the return of the product remains the responsibility of Tenuta del Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l. upon simple request of the customer.
The reimbursement of shipping costs is calculated based on the rates for a simple shipment. Unsatisfied customers may exercise their right of withdrawal (satisfied or refunded) provided by Legislative Decree No. 21 of February 21, 2014.
After 14 days following delivery, any appeal will be accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect.
In the case of a return, the customer must send back the product intact, accompanied by its original packaging and complete with accessories, instruction manual and any other packaging.
Delivery Delay
An ’email will promptly inform the customer in case of a delay regarding delivery.
In the case of a delayed delivery with respect to the date initially set, the customer must notify this by writing an email to Tenuta del Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l., in order to improve the quality of service and allow Tenuta del Buon Tempo Soc. Agr. S.r.l., to make the necessary inquiries with the courier. In the event that the courier should instead declare that he has lost the package relating to the order in question, Tenuta Buon Tempo. undertakes to send back, at its own expense, the order to the customer.
